Intro to Breathwork + Self-Healing
In this introductory healing workshop, you will learn the basics of how to connect with your Intuition and sense gifts, establish healthier energetic boundaries, and deepen your relationship with Nature as a guiding force in your life.
This workshop is especially beneficial for highly-sensitive people (HSPs) and Empaths — anyone who FEELS very deeply, and those who feel challenged by taking on the emotional energy of others.
If you know on some level that there is more to life than what you are experiencing now, if you can sense you have a greater potential to realize in this lifetime and you’re ready to dive deeper into your understanding of it all, this workshop is for you.
No experience with any Yoga or Meditation is necessary.
Wear comfortable clothing, and please bring a journal or notebook and a pen. *There is no movement in this session.
IMPORTANT: Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes ahead to check in and get situated. We will begin promptly at 3:00pm. Thank you in advance for doing your part to respect the time of all participants (including you!), the studio, and myself.

In her deeply healing group work, Beth creates a sacred, safe container for self-exploration. With powerful music & essential oils, and the support of the elements (Earth, Air, Water and Fire) she holds space for you to somatically release stuck energy, emotions, and pain from the body.

We will connect as a group, set our intention for healing, and use the Breathwork to move and balance your energy. We’ll focus on welcoming more Love and peace into your body, as we work to create space for you to receive the clarity and guidance you need, to connect more deeply with your Intuition, Spirit, and Divine Purpose.
Through this work you have the opportunity to deepen your connection with your Heart — to the inherent wisdom you hold within; to experience personal growth and transformation, and to continue developing a stronger and clearer relationship with YOU.
ABOUT THE BREATH
Breathwork (Pranayama Yoga) aids in the relief of chronic physical pain and has been shown to drastically reduce stress levels, therefore is highly supportive in overcoming emotional imbalances and preventing future illness or dis-ease. The process purifies the nervous system, eliminates toxins from the body, blood, and mind, and restores the overall balance to your system. This practice has been life-changing for me and countless others I have witnessed, and is one of the core healing methods I facilitate and teach.
