Self-Care for Everyone: 4-Part Series

Everyday Practices for Deeper Aliveness with Yulia Livingston, MFT

True self-care is about cultivating our full aliveness and it's about deep and unwavering self-regard. It's about taking ourselves seriously, accepting our nature and tending to our needs. It's about honoring our uniqueness and our gifts in the world. 

Aliveness is our natural state of being. Our birthright. To have access to our aliveness, we can't think our way into it. We can't force it and we can't manufacture it. The only way to connect with it is to find ourselves in that original state in real time... not defined by trauma, before the wounds, before the closures. 

Join Psychotherapist and Founder of The Inner Well Studio, Yulia Livingston, for this special series on self-care and healing using the Non-Linear Movement Method™ for release and re-balance.

Beth will join as a special guest teacher to lead a Healing Breathwork session in Module 2 on Friday, July 12.

  • JUNE 7 / 6-8pm – Module 1: The Foundation

  • JULY 12 / 6-8:30pm – Module 2: Blocks to Aliveness

  • AUGUST 9 / 6-8pm – Module 3: Orienting to Pleasure

  • SEPTEMBER 6 / 6-8pm – Module 4: Integration & Future Practice

Investment: $35 per module / $140 for series

No experience with any movement, meditation, or breathwork modalities necessary.

*Advanced registration recommended as space is limited to 14 participants.


ABOUT THE BREATH:

Breathwork (Pranayama Yoga) is a simple, yet profound breathing technique. An active meditation used to move and clear stuck energy, it purifies the nervous system, eliminates toxins from the body and blood, and restores balance emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Through this practice you have the power to heal old wounds, cultivate a deeper, clearer connection with your true, authentic self, and step into a whole new way of being that is lighter, more free, and in alignment with your soul's highest purpose.
