Join me for an evening of devotional singing and guided meditation with the community at Breathing Space Yoga + Meditation in Indianapolis.
Meditating gives us the opportunity to pause, rinse away the build-up of everyday life and reset with refreshed energy. The Full Moon is a auspicious time to gather in community and meditate in stillness under the powerful effects of the Moon.
Kirtan is an ancient chanting practice that quiets the mind, relaxes the body, opens the mind and ultimately shifts our awareness. The sound vibrations transmitted through the Sanskrit mantras cleanse your energies and purify your thoughts, opening you to profound healing, clarity, joy and love.
Kirtan is Bhakti Yoga: there is no audience, it is purely experiential, participating in life. It is like praying together to music! Learn and experience the vibrational healing power of ancient Sanskrit Mantras, and enjoy flow and connection with others through shared voice and song.
All are welcome! No experience necessary. Come as you are. Give what you can.
