Healing Breathwork Workshop
Exact time TBD — check back for updates!
In this workshop, Beth creates a safe-haven for self-exploration. Learn how to fine-tune your Intuition through your communication and energetic exchange with Nature, and what it means to have a spiritual relationship with Mother Earth and the Elements. You’ll be guided through a deeply nourishing Healing Breathwork session, creating space in the body for clarity, insight, and re-connection to your Soul, Heart, and the inherent intuitive wisdom you hold within.
How It Works:
Starting bright and early December 1st, participants will have full access to a multitude of engaging workshops laid out in a fun engaging itinerary. Community dinner, and fire will be shared with live music going into the night. Prepare for a full night under the stars! Sunday morning will yet again offer a multitude of classes, workshops, and hikes into the pristine National Forest. The campground is rustic so there are no showers or functional bathrooms. *There will be no drinking water supplies, so please bring enough to last you as well as extra to share.
Bring a tent, camper, motor-home, or whatever is necessary for your campsite on Dec 1st. Primitive, or old-fashion campers are also welcomed.
Bring food and water. (Community snacks will be provided)
