THIS MONTH'S NOTES:
A challenging but productive month for personal growth. Best way to use this month is to stay out of judgment and take all experiences as ones that are leading you forward. It is a good month for taking a risk on a choice you have been contemplating, whether it is a move or a radical change in career direction, or saying yes to a relationship, or saying no to something you have felt endlessly obligated to put up with. It is also a good time to embark on a new schedule, a new direction, a new project and a new commitment for self-care. These choices and intentions when committed to 100% will lead to the restructuring and recalibration necessary to implement them.
Recalibration has a lot to do with balance. As you release old patterns of mental and emotional structures, the energetic fields need to be recalibrated to rebalance your assemblage point. Sometimes a shock to the system is created, such as a fall, an accident, or other “susto” in order to initiate this release and recalibration. It is important not to get into martyrdom if this does happen to you as it is all part of the program. You may also have periods of dizziness and feeling imbalanced. Instead of asking why is this happening to you, ask instead how you can use it to grow change and improve. Be Proactive! —Lena Stevens
ABOUT REOPEN HEART BREATHWORK
In this monthly virtual group class, Beth creates a safe energetic container for self-exploration from the comfort of your own space. You will be guided through an active breathing meditation to release stuck energy and all that is no longer serving you. This session offers you the chance to reconnect to your Heart and establish a regular home breathing practice along with the love and support of community. PRIOR TO THE SESSION
Please prepare a space nearby where you can lie down to breathe, somewhere in which you can position the camera so your body will still be visible to me. Gather whatever you’d like, to be comfortable — blanket, eye pillow, etc.. (*Nothing too thick behind the head.)
As well, I recommend having a small pillow or sweatshirt nearby, something you can grab to cover your face — there may be times when I’ll have you make some louder sounds, and it can be supportive to have something to use for muffling. :)
Extra credit! Do a self-check-in. Offer a few minutes to writing a couple notes in your journal about what you are feeling in your body, and around clarifying your intentions.

No experience is needed, so don't shy away if you haven't done Breathwork with me before. This group is the perfect, gentle way to begin!
