Breathing Space Yoga + Meditation

MEETING TIME: 12:30-6:30pm


Do you often wish you had more clarity about your life's purpose? Do you feel your Heart calling you to something greater, yet you lack the confidence to step into it? In this exploratory mini-retreat + workshop experience, you will spend the day immersed in discovery. Your Dharma is your Soul's highest purpose. And we all have one. Are you ready to connect deeper with yours?

In this group, you will have the opportunity to gain the clarity you so desire, and walk away with some potent tools to open your path toward aligning with your Heart, thus paving the way for you to embody your Dharma.

There will be individual, group, and partner exercises, as well as a deep-dive Breathwork healing. Each participant will receive all necessary materials, and a special gift! Organic snacks and tea will also be provided.

Breathwork (Pranayama Yoga) is a simple, yet profound breathing technique. An active meditation used to move and clear stuck energy, it purifies the nervous system, eliminates toxins from the body and blood, and restores balance emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Through this practice you have the power to heal old wounds, cultivate a deeper, clearer connection with your true, authentic self, and step into a whole new way of being that is lighter, more free, and in alignment with your soul's highest purpose.
