THIS MONTH'S NOTES:
Personally, you have an opportunity to reset and recreate yourself, your container that supports your life, your attitude, and your environment this month. Trust that the confusion and discomfort you feel will pass as clarity makes its way into your field. Instead of pushing for clarity on the bigger issues, accept the clarity on the smaller ones and take action to stabilize what is ready to show up. These could be those little bits, the small tasks that feel insignificant, but they are all steps along the way.
When faced with chaos, it is important not to get lost in drama. Use discipline to keep unnecessary chaos out, and be careful not to invite unnecessary chaos in. It is a good discipline to learn to say “no” to that which is an energy leak. It is also helpful to stay focused on the priorities that are not overwhelming. Keeping good boundaries is a must. The chaos at this time is related to all the obsessive thoughts in your mind and it would be a good practice to clear the mind and focus on a reset that forgives the past and settles into a more peaceful field of creativity that brings clarity to new intentions.
Physically, this is the month of hard to diagnose and somewhat strange symptoms. It is also a time of chaotic information that can leave you more confused about your health than ever. It is definitely the month to rekindle a deep friendship with your body and get to know it better so you can be the ultimate judge of what you need. Much of what we may be manifesting through our health is actually related to emotions and energy, and can leave as quickly as it came on. Triggered areas this month are the adrenals, the lower back, brain function and the eyes. Support your adrenals and try and get enough rest. – Lena Stevens
ABOUT REOPEN HEART BREATHWORK
In this monthly virtual group class, Beth creates a safe energetic container for self-exploration from the comfort of your own space. You will be guided through an active breathing meditation to release stuck energy and all that is no longer serving you. This session offers you the chance to reconnect to your Heart and establish a regular home breathing practice along with the love and support of community. PRIOR TO THE SESSION
Please prepare a space nearby where you can lie down to breathe, somewhere in which you can position the camera so your body will still be visible to me. Gather whatever you’d like, to be comfortable — blanket, eye pillow, etc.. (*Nothing too thick behind the head.)
As well, I recommend having a small pillow or sweatshirt nearby, something you can grab to cover your face — there may be times when I’ll have you make some louder sounds, and it can be supportive to have something to use for muffling. :)
Extra credit! Do a self-check-in. Offer a few minutes to writing a couple notes in your journal about what you are feeling in your body, and around clarifying your intentions.
