A 10-HOUR WEEKEND HEALING IMMERSION JANUARY 13 + 14, 2018

Saturday, 2:00-7:00pm | Sunday, 12:30-5:30pm

How well do you really know yourself? Do you feel fully at peace and in balance in your life? Do you spend time with YOU? Or do you fall into the trap of outside temptations (friends, T.V., social media, etc..) or even straight up just avoid alone time altogether out of fear or discomfort around being in silence with your thoughts? 

In this weekend workshop intensive, you will dive into yourself – your Heart, your Body, and your Creativity. To explore means "to traverse or range over for the purpose of discovery" or simply "to look closely into". In order to truly know and Love ourselves, we must first be willing to venture into the exploration within.

This group journey will be rich in opportunity for expansion, growth, and connection to yourself and others. There will be individual, group, and partner exercises, as well as a deep-dive Breathwork healing each day.

Each participant will receive an Explorer Pack, which includes all necessary course materials, and a special gift! Organic snacks and tea will also be provided.

ABOUT THE BREATH:

Breathwork (Pranayama Yoga) is a simple, yet profound breathing technique. An active meditation used to move and clear stuck energy, it purifies the nervous system, eliminates toxins from the body and blood, and restores balance emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Through this practice you have the power to heal old wounds, cultivate a deeper, clearer connection with your true, authentic self, and step into a whole new way of being that is lighter, more free, and in alignment with your soul's highest purpose.
