In this Pranayama (conscious breathing) workshop, Beth creates a safe haven for self-exploration with the support of music, sacred mantras, essential oils, and sage for added clearing and healing. Guiding you intuitively, she holds space for you to breathe and release all that is no longer serving you. Reconnect to your heart — to your inherent wisdom within. Experience personal growth and transformation, and develop a stronger relationship with YOU.
Bring any issue — pain, fear, or stuck energy you are ready to open up and clear. We will connect as a group, set our intention for healing, and use the breath to move the energy. You’ll welcome more Love and peace into your body, and create space for the clarity and guidance you need to connect more deeply with your Intuition and Divine life purpose.
